CSG - Connect Service for Government

CSG is complete software suite that ensures that you get the complete functionality to drive your land development or engineering project from start to finish - from tracking planning projects starting with the initial application through final hearing or tracking compliance issues from initial report through administrative remedies.

Planning Module

Tracks a planning project from initial application, permit review and approval, fee payments, through to final approval. The system steps you through the entire process. With a familiar user interface, all the information you need to manage the planning process is at your fingertips including the complete history and all related information associated. Project screens include all pertinent information for a project at one glance.

Land Management Module

A notes field is available in CSG at the parcel, address, project and task levels of the application. Comments, holds, notifications, etc. then follow through all steps of agency workflow. User can be specific on action or data that needs to be promoted throughout the system. I can be related to a building, several buildings or lots.

Compliance Module

Allows code enforcement complaints to be tracked from initial report through to compliance, administrative remedies, or court resolution. All records are associated with an address in the central database. Addresses in the system are automatically verified. It is also possible to retrieve all planning, permitting and code enforcement history associated with an address. A advanced find feature is capable of “wild-card” searches. Staff can access records quickly, even with limited data.

Engineering module

Projects can be created, edited, reviewed and approved by department staff with proper security settings. Engineering Module integrates with other CSG Modules. Integration with the Planning Module allows the engineering group to accept e.g. a request from the planning department without having to retype key data. Project types included:

Comprehensive reporting, querying and ease of use make the system highly flexible to meet unique needs.

Online Portal

Online Portal allows constituents to complete permit applications, make payments, track their applications in the plan check process and schedule inspections. The module operates from the same central database which provides data for the buildings, planning and code compliance modules of CSG. The central database also houses data for contractors, architects, engineers, and other frequent applicants to further streamline the process. By utilizing a registration process, users of the online system are authenticated and their information made available to avoid redundant data entry.

CSEB - Connect Service Enterprise Bus

Is an advanced enterprise service bus. This integration platform is capable of making online connections between existing systems. This solution is particularly beneficial in case of present legacy system containg huge amounts of data that should be retained, accessed and processed.

The new application stack e.g. CSG is then connected to the pool of legacy applications, shares their data or includes them in new processing workflows. High throughput of this platform ensures that even with increasing number of citizens utilizing the new ways of communication with the government agencies the systems will remain responsive.
